Established in 1983, is the best known company in Grupo Delta. All four areas: Slaughtering, Cutting, Packaging, and Maturing (aging), are TIF-certified (No. 117). The branded products are: Mi Gusto, Delta Line, and Tavernetta. The slaughtering process is semi-automatic which assures a complete carcass' hygiene is maintained throughout the whole process. The cutting area is where carcass is divided for further processes, which can be one of the following:   For fresh meat.   For the packaging process. The continuous flow process implemented requires a high level of specialization, and a controlled temperature to be able to maintain the meat quality. The packaging area is designed to produce different products from the pig's meat. For this reason, this area inside the plant has the appropriate conditions, such as an adequate temperature for the elaboration, and processing of the products, as well specific areas designed for slicing and for whole-vacuum sealing. Among the most important commercial products are: hams, sausages, smoked bacon, and smoked pork-chops. Inside the maturing rooms, there is a specific area for special products, such as Serrano ham.
